Forms of Seperation

The IEC Switchboard Forms are standardized configurations defining how different electrical switchboard sections are separated. This separation improves safety by allowing maintenance or access to one part of the switchboard while other parts stay powered and functional. These forms help ensure the safe and efficient operation of the switchboard. The forms are categorized into levels: 1, 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b, 4a, and 4b, each offering varying degrees of separation and protection.

Fault Rating

● Protection against dust (limited intrusion)
● Protection against splashing water

Bespoke steelwork Ingress Protection —Up to IP65/66
● Dust-tight (no dust entry).
● Protection against low-pressure water jets.

Finishes

Vawell power standard paint finish is a powdered coat, White and light grey (RAL 7035). Other colors are available on request
