Forms of Seperation

The IEC Switchboard Forms are standardized configurations defining how different electrical switchboard sections are separated. This separation improves safety by allowing maintenance or access to one part of the switchboard while other parts stay powered and functional. These forms help ensure the safe and efficient operation of the switchboard. The forms are categorized into levels: 1, 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b, 4a, and 4b, each offering varying degrees of separation and protection.

Cable Entry & Access

Cable entry and access in an electrical panel involves creating organized and protected routes for cables to enter while maintaining safety and compliance with electrical standards. These entries can beTop, bottom, or sides. An incorrect cable entry selection or unsuitable application installation can degrade the whole panel’s IP rating.

Metering & Monitoring

The need for precise power and energy monitoring grows as systems become increasingly efficient and complex. Multifunctional power meters offer real-time data that empowers energy Supervisors, technicians, engineers, and customers to optimize operations and reduce costs. The ideal meter type and capabilities will depend on the specific application’s requirements.

Busbar

Up to 6300 Amps Busbar
Busbars are conductive bars that distribute electrical power within panels or enclosures. They are used in various applications, such as electrical panels, switchboards, and industrial equipment. Vawell Power
primarily uses copper bus bars, both rigid and flexible, with a capacity of up to 6300 Amps.

Fault Rating

Vawell Power Solution LV Switchboards, Control Panels are designed with Fault rating. Fault rating is a critical factor in ensuring that electrical systems and their components can safely manage fault conditions, preventing equipment failure and ensuring overall system integrity..
